Account Manager (Delivery)

The Account Manager manages rental accounts, drives account performance, handles deliveries and pickups, and conducts early-stage collections while providing customer service. Most store and district leaders start in this position. 

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management: Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and secure payment commitments.
• Collections: Conduct early-stage collections for accounts 1–6 days past due.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Complete assigned routes to safely transport, install, and pick up merchandise.
• Customer Service: Deliver service in the store, on the phone, and inside customer homes.
• Sales Support: Generate new rental agreements and sell new products.
• Store Standards: Maintain showroom cleanliness and company vehicle upkeep. [1]

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age: At least 18 years old.
• Driving: Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and ability to drive a box truck.
• Physical: Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise and stand or drive for long periods. [1]
