Breakfast/Prep Cook

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare and cook a delicious, high-quality breakfast experience for our hotel guests
• Prepare staff lunch, using your creativity to turn everyday ingredients into something special
• Manage inventory and ensure we always have fresh ingredients on hand
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that follows all State Standards and Regulations
• Assist in prep for PM dinner service.

• Experience cooking breakfast (you’re a morning person, after all!)
• A positive attitude and a passion for quality food
• Ability to work independently, but also collaborate with our awesome kitchen team
• A commitment to fresh, healthy, and flavorful cooking
