Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will actively engage with potential customers in their neighborhoods, presenting our products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your goal is to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and close sales effectively through direct, face-to-face interactions. Responsibilities
Conduct outbound door-to-door visits to introduce our products and services to prospective clients in assigned neighborhoods.- Engage customers through consultative selling techniques, clearly explaining product benefits and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Utilize CRM software and sales automation technologies to track interactions, manage leads, and follow up with potential clients efficiently.
- Negotiate terms and close deals confidently, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude during all customer interactions to enhance brand reputation.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system and report on sales activities regularly.
Skills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions positively.- Experience in technology sales or technical sales environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated success in inside sales, outbound calling, telemarketing, or business development roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with sales technology adoption, including call center tools and sales automation technologies.
- Proven ability to close deals effectively while providing outstanding customer service.
- Experience with B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies and client communication techniques.
- Ability to perform warm calling and conduct engaging outreach through various marketing channels.
