Full-time • Mon–Fri • 7:30 AM–4:30 PM • $25–$35/hr. (DOE)

As our Lead Development Representative (LDR), you’ll get out in the West Valley—building relationships, booking qualified appointments, and fueling our sales pipeline. What you’ll do

• Prospect local warehouses, distribution centers, and light-industrial employers in Tolleson/West Valley
• Cold call, cold door-knock, and network to set qualified appointments for our outside sales team
• Qualify leads quickly — understand hiring needs, shift requirements, and urgency
• Schedule quality meetings and pass concise lead notes to the sales rep

• Goal-oriented and resilient — you follow up and don’t take “no” personally
• Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face conversations
• Able to work independently in the field and also collaborate with the sales team
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across the Tolleson/West Valley territory

• Pay: $25–$35/hour, based on experience
