Marketing Specialist

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• 3–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technical marketing strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting sales teams, trade shows, lead generation, and customer engagement programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple marketing projects and deadlines.

Technical Skills

Experience with the following is preferred:

• CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably Zoho
• Website content management systems (CMS)
• Google Analytics / GA4
• Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
• Microsoft Office 365
• Email marketing platforms
• SEO fundamentals
• Social media management platforms
• Project management software
• Marketing analytics and reporting tools

Physical & Travel Requirements

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds for trade show and event materials.
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows, customer events, and other business activities.
• Ability to safely enter and work in manufacturing areas while following required safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE.
