Details:

• Manual Machinist
• Clinton/Knoxville
• 1st Shift
• $22 - $30

Responsibilities or job duties:

• Set up and operate manual lathes and mills, NO CNC
• Inspect finished components using: Calipers & Micrometers
• Perform turning, facing, drilling, boring, and threading operations
• Perform basic machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and keep work area clean and safe
• Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials

Qualifications:

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Measure and inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Previous experience as a Manual Machinist or Manual Lathe Operator
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
