Are you a customer-focused, organized professional looking for an opportunity to grow? We’re seeking an Account Coordinator to join our fast-paced team and serve as a key connection between our customers, Sales team, and internal operations.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Coordinate orders, shipments, samples, and customer follow-ups.
• Work closely with Sales, Production, and other internal teams.
• Enter orders and help resolve customer issues.
• Track deadlines and ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Support customer visits and attend industry trade shows as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Manufacturing, OEM, private-label, customer service, or sales support experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree with related experience, or equivalent experience.
