Schedule: Day shift | 6:00am to 4:00pm & Night Shift | 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM

LINK Staffing is hiring 4 Bilingual Machine Operators in Dayton, TX. This is a day and night shift manufacturing role paying $17.00/hr for candidates who can operate production machinery, perform basic checks, and work safely around equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and monitor production flow
• Feed raw materials into machines
• Perform pre-operation checks and basic adjustments
• Inspect finished product for quality
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues
• Complete production and equipment records
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Previous machine operator experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic mechanical knowledge and math skills
• Able to complete basic documentation
• Able to lift and handle materials up to 90 lbs
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical work
