May’s Lawn Care, LLC is a growing Virginia Class A contractor providing commercial grounds maintenance, landscaping, excavation, site work, and environmental services.
We’re looking for a motivated, professional, and dependable individual who takes pride in quality work and wants to build a career in the industry. This is more than a seasonal mowing position. You’ll work alongside experienced team members, develop valuable field and equipment skills, and have opportunities to advance into crew leadership, equipment operation, and other specialized roles as you gain experience.

What You'll Do
- Perform commercial mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general grounds maintenance
- Assist with landscape installations, mulching, pruning, and property cleanups
- Safely operate hand tools, power equipment, and commercial lawn equipment
- Assist experienced team members with specialized landscape and property improvement projects
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites and equipment
- Communicate professionally with team members, supervisors, and customers
- Arrive on time, prepared to work, and represent May’s Lawn Care professionally in the field
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience with a professional landscaping or commercial lawn maintenance company
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation — required
- Clean driving record for employees operating company vehicles
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening, including marijuana
- Professional and respectful attitude
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
- Ability to safely work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs.
- Willingness to learn new skills, equipment, and services
