Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Medical Assistant (MA) to support our team with patient engagement and back/front office duties. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in pain medicine + neuro/spine surgery, patient communication, and clinical operations.
Part time w/eventual transition to full time!

Key Responsibilities:
- Front office duties (insurance verification, patient check-in/checkout, Intake form completion, prepare clinical files)
- Bilingual (Spanish + English)
- Back office duties (EclinicalWorks EMR experience, vitals, patient history, upload clinical data to EMR)
- Help manage communication with patients via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Cleaning patient rooms prior to each visit
- Support on-site physicians’ needs
- Handle inbound referrals and contact patient
- Call patients daily to confirm future appointments
- Communicate effectively with attorney and case managers
- Collaborate with the team to improve patient experience and workflow efficiency
- May assist with social media and patient-facing content
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of personal injury workflows in clinical settings
- Clinical setting experience
- Medical Assistant diploma or more
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable working in a team environment
