Snow Plow Operator/ Lawn Care

Responsibilities:
- Operate snow plow equipment
- Remove snow and ice from designated areas
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow removal requests
- Follow established routes and schedules to ensure efficient snow removal operations
- Inspect and maintain snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Coordinate with team members to prioritize areas for snow removal
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or concerns

Skills:
- Leadership
- Groundskeeping: Knowledge of groundskeeping techniques and practices
- Maintain: Ability to maintain equipment and perform basic repairs as needed
- Irrigate: Familiarity with irrigation systems and their operation - bonus knowledge
- Lawn care: Knowledge of lawn care techniques, including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing
- Landscape maintenance: Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks on landscapes

• 12 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Snow plowing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Lawn Care: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)
