This is a full-time permanent position with year-round employment. SOS Culinary Staffing is recruiting Server Assistants / Runners. Barista, food runner, busser, server assistant, host, expo, and back waiter experience are welcome. You support the server, kitchen, and guest experience as one team: warm, coachable, polished, and ready to learn. Greet guests, pour water, run food with a clear description, pre-bus, and reset linens, crystal, and silver to standard. Communicate with servers, the kitchen, and supervisors so nothing dies in the pass. Learn Forbes Five-Star service standards until they are muscle memory. Bring a team-first mindset to luxury outlets and anticipate guests and coworkers before anyone has to ask. The Tetons and Grand Teton National Park are minutes away, with world-class skiing out the door. Requirements: 1+ year in upscale casual, high-volume, resort, or fine dining hospitality; authorized to work in the U.S.; fluent in English; willing to relocate to Jackson Hole / Teton Village; available nights, weekends, and holidays; able to lift 50 lbs.
