Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Retail Account Manager, covering the Mississippi and North Louisiana market. The Retail Account Manager will be responsible for retail merchandising, customer service, promotional program and marketing communication, and sales activity execution.

This person will become proficient in using our Field Sales Management software and visit retail accounts on the established frequency.

Responsibilities 

• Manage retail accounts across the designated geography
• Ensure brand items are properly merchandised on the shelf and display
• Communicate promotional activity to Store Management
• Execute Marketing Programs in-store
• Sell incremental features and displays around key consumption occasions
• Inventory Management
• Efficient time management across territory from Jackson, MS to North Louisiana

Qualifications

• Account Management and Business Planning skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Sales skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is a plus
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
