Handyman / Carpenter / Estimator

We’re hiring a skilled Handyman/Carpenter/Estimator to complete residential repairs, light carpentry, and accurate job estimates. Ideal for someone who’s detail‐oriented, reliable, and confident working independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general home repairs: drywall, painting, basic plumbing/electrical, caulking, door/hardware fixes
• Complete carpentry tasks: framing, trim, moulding, decking, fencing, small builds
• Conduct on‐site assessments and create estimates for labor, materials, and project scope
• Document work, upload photos, and communicate clearly with customers and office staff
• Maintain safe, clean, professional job sites

Requirements

• 3+ years handyman, carpentry, or residential construction experience
• Strong problem‐solving and measuring skills
• Ability to calculate labor hours and material quantities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors in Texas weather

Preferred

• Experience with Jobber or similar software
• Knowledge of local building standards
• Strong customer communication skills
