Warehouse Returns Specialist (RMA Processing) Warehouse Returns

Job Summary:

Responsible for processing customer returns (RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization) in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all returned items are verified, documented, and routed appropriately within 24 hours of receipt.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process incoming customer returns within 24 hours of arrival at the facility

· Inspect returned items to confirm they match the original product sold

· Verify serial numbers against manufacturer packaging and system records

· Assess product condition (new, used, or damaged)

· Accurately determine and assign disposition of returned items:

o New items → return to inventory/stock

o Used items → send to testing/inspection team

o Damaged items → route to RTV (Return to Vendor) bin

· Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all return documentation and system updates

· Follow company procedures for handling and tracking returned merchandise

Requirements:

· Ability to lift and move items weighing 50+ lbs

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to accurately identify product condition and discrepancies

· Basic understanding of inventory or warehouse processes (preferred)

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
