Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations through accurate inventory management, order fulfillment, and safe handling of materials. This position requires physically demanding work including frequent heavy lifting and operation of warehouse equipment within a structured 10-hour shift. Associates will also utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) with provided training to support effective shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment
• Receive and process incoming shipments
• Handle materials and operate equipment safely
• Pack and label items accurately
• Comply with all safety regulations and procedures
• Load and unload trucks efficiently
• Use warehouse management systems with training provided

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in warehouse operations
• Forklift Operator Certification
• Familiarity with inventory management and order picking
• Proficient in forklift operation and safety procedures
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
