Molding Operator

Luxor Staffing is hiring a Molding Operator starting at $15 per hour with a variety of shifts available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Job duties:

The Molding Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring molding machines to produce quality parts according to production standards. This role ensures efficiency, safety, and product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate molding machines (injection, compression, or blow molding) according to work instructions
• Monitor machines to ensure proper operation and product quality Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications
• Trim, assemble, or package molded parts as required
• Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and punctuality
