Position Summary:

Lead and oversee daily business intake, conflicts, and compliance operations for a designated team. Manage workflow, staff performance, coaching, and development while partnering with leadership on reporting, metrics, and process improvements. Serve as a key resource for escalated matters and help ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.

• Lead a team overseeing business intake, conflicts, and compliance processes.
• Manage daily workflow, staffing, mentoring, and performance development.
• Serve as an escalation point for attorneys and business professionals.
• Oversee conflict checks, new matter intake, and risk assessment activities.
• Drive process improvements and support strategic operational initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Develop and deliver training programs for team members and stakeholders.
• Track metrics, reporting, and service-level performance.
• Ideal background: 5+ years of legal conflicts/intake experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
