Launch is hiring motivated individuals to join our Cincinnati team as Spectrum Telecom Associates. This is an entry-level, customer-facing opportunity for individuals interested in building experience in telecommunications, sales, customer engagement, and leadership.

In this role, you’ll represent a telecommunications campaign through face-to-face customer interactions at retail and event locations throughout the Cincinnati area. You’ll receive hands-on training designed to help you understand customer needs, confidently explain available services, and develop strong communication and sales skills.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers face-to-face at retail and event locations
• Learn Spectrum telecommunications products and service options
• Ask questions to better understand customer needs
• Present available internet, mobile, TV, and connectivity solutions
• Assist with customer acquisition and new account enrollment
• Represent the campaign professionally and provide a positive customer experience
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training
• Collaborate with team members and leadership during campaigns and events
