We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting customers with questions, payments, troubleshooting, and general support.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer phone calls and provide friendly, professional assistance
• Process customer payments accurately
• Troubleshoot customer issues and help find effective solutions
• Answer questions about products, services, accounts, or billing
• Document customer interactions and update information as needed
• Follow up with customers when necessary
• Work with other team members to resolve customer concerns
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Comfortable handling payments and working with basic computer systems
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team
