Aria Staffing is seeking experienced, dependable, and outgoing Production & Manufacturing Workers to join a busy manufacturing team on the Northside of Jacksonville.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for candidates who are mechanically inclined, comfortable working with hand and power tools, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with production, assembly, finishing, fabrication, material handling, or manufacturing equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform production, assembly, and finishing tasks according to company specifications
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools
• Accurately use a tape measure and other measuring instruments
• Read and follow technical drawings, work orders, production documents, and detailed instructions
• Complete finishing processes while maintaining quality standards
• Perform mechanical assembly and production-related tasks
• Assist with material handling and safely move materials as needed
• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding production work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet daily production and quality goals
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Identify production issues or inefficiencies and communicate opportunities for improvement
• Work effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required
• Strong, consistent work history and dependable attendance
• Experience working in finishing or final stages of production
• Must be able to read and understand a tape measure proficiently
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
• Mechanical assembly experience strongly preferred
• Recent forklift experience is highly desired
• Ability to read and follow work orders, production documents, and detailed instructions
• Ability to read technical drawings is a plus
• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to safely perform heavy lifting and manual material handling
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity

Location: Northside Jacksonville, FL
Pay: $18.50–$19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 5:00 AM–4:30 PM
