Job Description
Luxor Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Customer Service Representative paying $19.50 per hour with 2nd shift. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!
Shift: Wed-Sat 10AM-6PM & Sun 6AM-2PM
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and effective customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory questions.
- Process customer orders, prepare required paperwork, and maintain accurate order and account records.
- Monitor product availability, stock reports, back orders, damages, shipping, and tracing information.
- Coordinate special and expedited shipments with Traffic and Operations while following up to ensure service standards are met.
- Verify invoices, communicate customer feedback to management, and serve as a liaison between customers, the warehouse, and office departments.
Skill/Experience/Education
- HS diploma or equivalent required
- Strong computer knowledge including MS Office applications
- Basic typing skills
- Familiarity with 10-key
- Shipping software systems including UPS and Federal Express
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
