Production Associate

$15.50 | Monday – Friday | 7AM-3:30PM 

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent manufacturing company in the Joplin, MO area, is seeking skilled and reliable individuals to join their team!

This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow within a stable, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general production and manufacturing tasks

• Sandblast parts and components as needed

• Assemble and disassemble products using hand tools

• Follow production schedules and meet daily goals

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Assist with additional duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must have the ongoing right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Experience with sandblasting, assembly and disassembly, and the use of hand tools preferred

• Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, and twisting

• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends as needed

• Ability to follow all safety standards and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
