Remote or Hybrid Customer Service and Sales Representative

We are seeking a Remote Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team!  You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product information and completing a needs analysis. Are you looking for growth? You will have the ability to move into management quickly.

MUST be located in Alabama. Hybrid or in office may also be available. Full time.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries 
• Provide information about the products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
