Shipping Clerk Qualifications and Skills

Strong attention to detail when preparing shipments, reviewing documentation, and verifying order accuracy.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and complete daily shipping responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Experience using SOS Inventory to track products, update inventory records, and process outgoing orders.
Proficiency with FedEx and UPS shipping systems, including creating labels, selecting services, and tracking packages.
Ability to identify and resolve shipping discrepancies promptly.
Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced work environment.
Clear communication skills for coordinating with coworkers, carriers, and customers as needed.
