Wet Noses® is a premier manufacturer of naturally crafted, human-grade dog treats made in our 80,000 sq. ft. SQF III certified facility. Founded in 1998 on a simple idea - if you wouldn't eat it, don't feed it to your dog, we're passionate about quality, freshness, and never letting a good idea get stale.
We're looking for an organized, upbeat multitasker to join our Sales and Marketing team part-time! In this role, you'll be the friendly voice supporting our customers, keep orders and data running smoothly, and help bring our brand to life through social media, samples, and community donations. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, moves fast, and takes pride in getting the details right.
What You'll DoCustomer Service & Order Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail
- Process wholesale and retail orders through our inventory management system
- Manage the customer service inbox and resolve concerns professionally, escalating quality issues as needed
- Track customer feedback to spot trends and opportunities for improvement
Sales & Account Support
- Support wholesale, distributor, and retail account follow-ups and reporting
- Assist Sales and Marketing Reps with ad hoc projects and account tasks
- Help set up e-commerce orders (EDI)
Product, Brand & Data Maintenance
- Maintain UPCs, SKUs, and item setup across internal systems and retail partners (Petco, PetSmart, Sam's Club, etc.)
- Keep eCommerce listings and images current across partner platforms
- Partner with Quality and R&D on new product development
Marketing & Social Media
- Help create, schedule, and post social content; track engagement
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions
Samples & Donations
- Manage sample requests and shipments for customers and partners
- Field and coordinate donation requests to community organizations and rescues
Administrative & Office Support
- Greet visitors, handle mail, and run office errands
- Support special projects across departments as needed
- Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills
- A self-starter who's organized, detail-oriented, and great at juggling priorities
- Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content tools
- Dependable, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce, and Fishbowl
- Physical Demands: Regular sitting/talking; frequent standing, walking, and reaching; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs (up to 50 lbs preparing for trade shows)
- Work Environment: Office setting within our production facility; occasional exposure to allergens (peanuts, flour) and temperature extremes (coolers, freezers, outdoor areas)
Compensation details: 21-25 Hourly Wage
