Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiologic Technologist with 2+ years of independent experience and ARRT certification for a varied-shift assignment.
Details
- Diagnostic Imaging department performing general radiography
- Varied shifts with an average of 3 days of call per month
- No guarantee of hours or time off requests
- 13-week assignment
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of independent experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist
- Current ARRT certification and BLS certification
- Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license required by start of assignment; license required if applicable
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency operating DR fixed, DR fluoro, C-arm, and portable DR equipment
- Must be assigned a dosimetry badge
- Knowledge of radiation safety and protocols
- Ability to function independently without supervision
- Experience with Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, Philips Fluoro, Konica DR, and Epic EMR preferred
Additional Information
- All travelers must report to Employee Health 48-72 hours prior to the start of the assignment
- Traveler should plan to arrive on island the Friday before a Monday start to attend Employee Health and HR clearance appointments scheduled for Friday morning
- No RTO will be granted during the first 13 weeks of the contract
