REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS

• License Requirements: ARRT(R) with NJ license or RCIS accepted;
-NJ License: Not required at time of submission; typically takes less than 3 weeks to obtain but must be in place prior to start.
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT(R) or RCIS
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CLINICAL SKILLS

• Experience Required: 2 years, May consider 1 year based on experience
• Scrub/Circulate: Room circulator; Scrub and maintain sterile field
• Work Settings: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab; Interventional Radiology
• Responsibilities: Equipment set up; Perform EKG lead placement; Prep access site; Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias; Stock supplies; Sterile technique
• Vascular: Angioplasty; Endovascular Interventions
• Cath Lab: ASD Closures; Cardiac Implant Closure Device; Stent Placement; Hemodynamic monitoring; IABP Placement/Removal; Interpretation of dysrhythmias; Left heart catheterization; PCI; Permanent/Temporary Pacemaker Insertion; PA line insertion; Right heart catheterization
