Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with ARRT (CT and R) certification and dual X-ray/CT experience for a 13-week assignment.
Details
- CT Tech unit with variable scheduling across day and night shifts
- Day shift options: 4x10 hours starting at 5:00, 6:30, 8:30, or 9:30 AM
- Night shift options: 4x10 hours starting at 18:30 or 20:00
- Every other weekend shift required
- Possible shared weekend on-call responsibilities
- Uses Shimadzu and GE X-ray equipment
- Uses GE Optima 660 CT scanner
- EPIC EHR and Visage PACS system used
Requirements
- ARRT certification in both CT and Radiography (R) required
- Fluoroscopy certification required
- Venipuncture certification required
- Minimum 2 years of CT experience preferred, negotiable for the right candidate
- Recent experience in both X-ray and CT scanning required
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Department operates with a variable staffing model; candidates should be open to both day and night shifts
- Accepts local candidates at a local rate within a 50-mile radius
- Maximum of 7 days RTO per contract, with only 1 holiday request permitted per contract
- Recognized holidays include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
- Returning staff or travelers must have a 1-year separation before returning
- Candidates limited to submission at one Sutter Health facility at a time
