Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 12-hour day shift assignment requiring ARRT certification and independent trauma scanning experience in a teaching hospital setting.
Details
- CT Technology unit within an academic teaching hospital
- 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, 36 hours per week
- Required to work every weekend, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Schedule runs Monday through Sunday with no block scheduling
Requirements
- ARRT (CT) certification required
- License required if applicable
- Must be able to scan trauma patients independently
- Must be able to start PIVs independently
- Experience in a similarly sized academic teaching facility required
- EPIC experience within the past 2 years required
- Philips imaging equipment experience preferred
Additional Information
- Perform CT imaging including independent trauma scans
- Reliable personal transportation strongly recommended, as public transportation is not accessible in the area
- Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during November through April
- Candidates without Vermont licensure will be considered, but must apply for licensure promptly if selected
- Employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
- Complete work history including bed count, EMR, and facility type required for consideration
