  • Uphold facility, equipment, and cleanliness standards

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 100+ members and Directors

  • Build succession bench through role-based training and career pathing

  • Set the standard for hospitality-first culture and team member care

  • Own hiring, onboarding, and performance management systems

Business Results

  • Manage P&L, labor, food cost, and waste to Operator targets

  • Analyze CEM, guest feedback, and sales trends to drive action

  • Build weekly review rhythms tied to measurable outcomes

  • Execute marketing, promotions, and community initiatives

Owner/Operator Preparation

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Comfort owning a P&L and coaching Directors to measurable results

  • Servant-leadership posture, high standards, and personal integrity

  • Ambition to become a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator or entrepreneur

Preferred

  • Prior GM, Multi-Unit, or Operating Partner experience

  • ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience
