The Operating Partner is the highest leadership role reporting directly to the Operator at Chick-fil-A Twelve Oaks. You are accountable for the total performance of the restaurant — food safety, food quality, hospitality, throughput, team development, and financial results. This role is designed for a proven operator who is preparing to pursue selection as a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator or launch their own business.

An experienced multi-unit or high-volume restaurant leader with a kitchen foundation, a track record in food safety and food quality, and the drive to build, coach, and own the business. If your long-term goal is to be an Owner/Operator or entrepreneur, this role is built to prepare you for it.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Operational Excellence
Lead daily execution across BOH, FOH, and Drive Thru
Own food safety standards, temperature checks, and Icon compliance
Drive product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy
Uphold facility, equipment, and cleanliness standards
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 100+ members and Directors
Build succession bench through role-based training and career pathing
Set the standard for hospitality-first culture and team member care
Own hiring, onboarding, and performance management systems
Business Results
Manage P&L, labor, food cost, and waste to Operator targets
Analyze CEM, guest feedback, and sales trends to drive action
Build weekly review rhythms tied to measurable outcomes
Execute marketing, promotions, and community initiatives
Owner/Operator Preparation
Sit in Operator-level planning, budgeting, and vendor conversations
Build the operating fluency required for the CFA selection process
Receive direct mentorship from an LDP-graduate Operator
Represent the restaurant in cluster, region, and Support Center visits
WHAT YOU BRING
Required
5+ years of restaurant leadership, with experience leading teams of 100 or more
Kitchen foundation with a proven track record in food safety and food quality
History of hitting operational KPIs — CEM, speed, accuracy, cost, retention
Comfort owning a P&L and coaching Directors to measurable results
Servant-leadership posture, high standards, and personal integrity
Ambition to become a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator or entrepreneur
Preferred
Prior GM, Multi-Unit, or Operating Partner experience
ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience

REQUIREMENTS
- Provide hands-on operational support to ensure each shift runs smoothly and efficiently
- Coach and develop team members to maintain quality service and a positive guest experience
- Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all Chick-fil-A and local health standards
- Oversee daily inventory controls, ordering, and waste reduction to protect margins
- Support scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage to meet business needs and labor targets
- Maintain restaurant readiness by ensuring equipment, supplies, and stations are organized and prepared
- Resolve customer and team issues professionally to protect service standards and brand reputation
- Track key performance metrics and take corrective action when results fall short
- Follow cash handling procedures and support accurate register operations
- Collaborate with managers and leadership to implement process improvements and training initiatives
- Work a flexible full-time schedule that includes nights, weekends, and peak periods as needed
- Uphold Chick-fil-A leadership expectations, including integrity, respect, and a service-first mindset
