Production Associate Industrial - Now Hiring

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking an Production Associate to join their team. As an Production Associate, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong physicality, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate Industrial

Location: Gordonsville, TN

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.05

Shift: 2nd shift 2:00pm to 10:00pm or 10:00pm to 6:00am

What's the Job?

• Assemble small components into larger assemblies following detailed instructions
• Paint components and completed driveshafts to meet quality standards
• Ensure accuracy in assembly to achieve high-quality results
• Report any malfunctions or defective parts to management promptly
• Build and check parts daily to maintain production flow and quality

What's Needed?

• Experience in industrial assembly preferred but not required
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
• Strong physicality
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Available to train on 1st shift the first week of work
