Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a great babysitter for 3 (2 will be in school a lot of the time) children in Jacksonville. This would be part time as my need for a sitter wont be the same every week but for the most part 2-3 days with at least one being a weekend day/night. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and homework help. We would prefer a babysitter who is patient, energetic, loves kids and has background working with kids, has their own car, who does not smoke or drink, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree.
