We curate high-end dating experiences and quality introductions for selective clients looking for serious relationships. **Role Overview** We are seeking a motivated intern interested in learning headhunting and talent recruitment within the luxury dating industry. You will gain hands-on experience sourcing, vetting, and matching qualified candidates for high-profile clients while working closely alongside our CEO. **Key Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities** * **Candidate Sourcing:** Build targeted lead lists and conduct proactive outreach across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other candidate channels. * **Match Vetting & Management:** Follow up with potential matches, collect profile data, and maintain candidate profiles in our database. * **Client Insight:** Learn to analyze client profiles, core values, dating goals, and relationship preferences. * **Mentorship & Shadowing:** Shadow the CEO to learn the decision-making factors behind successful match selections. * **Personal Development:** Review key personality frameworks and recommended industry literature. * **Executive Touchpoints:** Participate in weekly 1-on-1 progress check-ins with the CEO (remote or in-person). **Position Details & Compensation** * **Commitment:** 5-10 hours per week for the duration of the internship. * **Type:** Unpaid internship for currently enrolled university students seeking college credit or industry experience. * **Perks:** Potential for transition into a paid fall position, performance-based bonuses, and hosted in-person lunches for local candidates. **Qualifications** * Passion for recruitment, headhunting, or the dating industry. * Proficiency with social platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment with solid time management. * Resilient mindset comfortable with rejection, objection handling, and fast-paced communication. * Adaptable, process-oriented, and eager to learn.
