Local CDL Driver

Responsibilities

• Accurately load your trailer in the morning with the product for your route deliveries, or check that your trailer is accurately loaded.
• Deliver products to customers, ensuring that products are undamaged.
• Collect back any empty jugs from customers.
• Drop invoice to each customer upon delivery, notating the product delivered and the empty jugs collected.
• Proper driving is required to lessen any potential to damaging product on truck.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
• Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
• Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general work experience.
• Commercial Driver's License and Clean MVR.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Experience delivering packaged goods within a local market area, including driving on local streets and navigating busy parking lots.
• Demonstrated understanding of how to check a load for accuracy and stability.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds / 22kg.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
