Production Assembler

PrideStaff, on behalf of their client, is seeking an Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in the Oakland Park area.

In this role, you will assemble parts, follow technical instructions, and help keep production running smoothly. We are looking for a reliable self-starter with strong attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a real desire to learn and build technical skills on the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on manual assembly of components using basic hand and power tools.
• Read and follow written work instructions, blueprints, and assembly diagrams.
• Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure everything meets quality standards.
• Learn new assembly techniques, equipment, and processes as the team grows.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with standard safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle small, detailed parts.
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation and basic blueprints.
• A self-starter attitude with a drive to learn and pick up new technical skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the Oakland Park area.
