Physical Therapy Clinic Director

TTF is recruiting for a Clinic Director to lead an established outpatient therapy clinic in the western part of the Phoenix valley.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist who enjoys developing clinicians, building strong teams, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead and mentor therapists and support staff
• Maintain an active clinical caseload
• Build a collaborative, accountable team culture
• Support clinic growth and referral relationships
• Ensure a high-quality patient experience
