Pay: $20.31/hr + $1.75/hr shift differential ($22.06/hr total)

Job Type: Temp-to-Permanent

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM (30-minute lunch)

Job Description

We are hiring Assembly Operators for a manufacturing facility in Taunton, MA. This company is part of the Life Sciences division and produces plastic, silicone, and medical-related products.

We are looking for candidates with recent hands-on assembly experience. This is an assembly position, not a machine operator or warehouse role.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package products according to work orders and specifications.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks.
• Operate basic assembly and production equipment.
• Set up and operate branding, spooling, and rinsing equipment.
• Load and unload ovens according to instructions.
• Complete paperwork and production records accurately.
• Follow safety procedures, GMP guidelines, and company policies.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

Requirements

• Previous and recent assembly experience required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Ability to read work orders and product specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable working with cleaning solutions, including isopropyl alcohol.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive hand movements.
• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
