Key Responsibilities

  • Manage $68M site services spend in the Americas, reporting to the Director, Indirect & Logistics Procurement Americas.
  • Develop and evolve a supplier base that delivers optimal quality, service, technology, and value (QSTV).
  • Lead efforts to qualify alternate or second-source suppliers.
  • Functionally supervise a sourcing specialist supporting category strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine sourcing needs and execute category strategies.
  • Identify and manage global projects in alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Deliver cost savings, avoidances, and continuous improvement plans.
  • Negotiate and implement supply agreements with favorable QSTV terms.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key suppliers to advance company objectives and address performance gaps.
  • Develop and evolve cost savings/productivity plans with a pipeline of new ideas and projects.
  • Identify and execute total cost of ownership (TCO) improvement opportunities.
  • Address supplier performance failures through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Create and maintain effective e-Sourcing events and catalogs to increase productivity.
  • Monitor and resolve buy channel process disconnects to improve compliance and managed spend.

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics
