- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license, Basic Life Support (BLS), valid drivers license, vehicle insurance, vehicle registration, annual TB test, MMR, Varicella, Hep B vaccination, TDaP (2020 or later), annual influenza vaccine, recent drug screen, and physical

- Additional Information:
- Two scheduling options: Guaranteed hours or non-guaranteed hours.
- Guarantee includes at least 27 points per week, with 36 hours guaranteed; traveler must complete 30 points weekly and be willing to travel outside the area or work weekends if necessary.
- Non-guaranteed hours option may require weekend coverage and occasional travel outside the service area.
- Payment is made on a per-visit basis, with hours approved based on visit types and point conversions.
- Travelers hours are paid hourly but hours authorized are based on visits.
- RTO requests must be disclosed at submission when confirmed, as late additions may risk removal from the vendor list.
