CT Tech – Job Details

Facility: Monument Health Spearfish Hospital
Location: Spearfish, South Dakota
Contract: 13 weeks
Weekly Hours: 40 guaranteed
Shift: 5x8-hour variable schedule
 

Position Overview

This is a multi-modality Radiology/CT role. The technologist will rotate between modalities based on department needs.

Example rotation:

• Monday – MRI
• Tuesday – CT
• Thursday – General Radiology
• Friday – CT

Schedule

Regular: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch
Weekend: Either 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Weekend rotation: Every 4th or 5th weekend
Call: One night every 7 days OR weekend tech may be scheduled to work
Holiday: Up to 1 holiday may be required, depending on modality
 

Experience

• 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers: Considered depending on modality and candidate's experience
• Candidate must be able to work independently in the assigned modality
• Traveler must have both Radiology and CT competencies on file

Required Certifications

• ARRT (R)
• ARRT (CT)
• BLS
