**Join Our Team as a Radiology Tech Dual-Modality (XR/CT) at Our Urgent Care Clinic!** **Job Description:** - Embrace the opportunity to work in the stunning landscape of Big Sky, MT! - Deliver high-quality CT and X-Ray exams that play a critical role in diagnosing and treating patients. - Independently perform CT and X-Ray procedures, ensuring accurate images for licensed practitioners. - Support both outpatient and inpatient settings with a flexible schedule. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Graduate of a CAHEA accredited Radiology program or equivalent, with documented competencies in Radiology and CT. - Hold a valid Montana Licensure as a Radiologic Technologist. - Possess ARRT advanced certification in CT. - Have an American Heart Association BLS certification. - Bring a minimum of two years of previous radiology experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Associate or Bachelor degree in a health care related field. **Essential Job Functions:** - Perform quality CT and X-Ray/fluoroscopic exams as requested by medical staff. - Operate with limited supervision, maintaining attention to detail and high reliability. - Assist medical staff in various departments during exams and procedures as needed. - Carry out ancillary duties for the proper distribution, billing, and archiving of exams. - Complete thorough documentation for proper interpretation, reporting, and retrieval of exams. - Retrieve and manage written orders and related health information to ensure timely performance of exams. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Exhibit sound judgment, patience, and professionalism at all times. - Exercise tact, discretion, and sensitivity, maintaining confidentiality. - Successfully perform under pressure in a busy environment. - Adapt quickly to new computer applications and office equipment. - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work to meet multiple deadlines. **Schedule Requirements:** - Regular and sustained attendance is essential. - Flexibility to work beyond standard hours as needed. **Physical Requirements:** - Lift repeatedly up to 50 pounds. - Maintain a sitting posture for extended periods. - Stand and walk repeatedly, demonstrating good balance and coordination. - Climb rarely, using both hands and feet. - Twist, bend, stoop, and kneel repeatedly, requiring flexibility and a wide range of motion. - Reach above shoulder level as necessary. - Engage in fine-finger movements continuously. - Maintain close visual acuity for data analysis and interpretation. - Utilize cognitive skills continuously to learn and complete tasks independently. - Be aware of potential exposures to bloodborne pathogens, radiation, chemicals, and emotionally challenging situations. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
