Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist

- Ability to develop treatment plans addressing swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities
Additional Information
- Lead, guide, and direct delivery of speech-language pathology and audiology services in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Develop treatment plans to decrease aspiration risk and improve communication and swallowing function
- Implement techniques to help residents communicate more effectively and understand others better
- Ensure care and services align with established facility policies and procedures
