Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient position available at a premier healthcare facility in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This full-time role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and improving patient strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function. The position offers a rotation shift schedule and is located at the facility's Valley View Campus, with a focus on outpatient care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, working 4 days per week with 10-hour shifts and a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in physical therapy, current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado, at least two years of PT experience (3-5 years preferred), BLS certification through the American Heart Association, and mandatory flu vaccination from October 1st through April 1st.

- Additional Information:
- RADIUS RULE: Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility.
- CAPS Requirement: Registration in the Colorado Combined Colorado Users System (CCU) may take up to two weeks.

- Position Dates: From 11/10/2026 to 02/09/2027.
