Belt assembler

*Ensures all safety procedures are followed and actively works to improve our safety program.
*Ensures all quality procedures are followed and actively works to improve our quality program.
*Meets daily production expectations as per production board and documents barriers when applicable.
*Follows all procedures & work instructions
*Works to maintain a clean and organized shop ensuring all areas meet our expectations (5S)
*Assembles belts as trained and instructed by the Assembly Line Leaders
*Handle materials required for each individual work order
*Maintain at the least an average pace consistent with the pace of fellow line members.
*Performs any other tasks required to ensure the Company goals are met as directed by management
*Ability to work overtime as assigned
*Other duties as assigned
