About this job
This position will assist 4-H Specialists and Program Coordinators in giving reliable, timely, and accurate information through systems and logistical support to statewide processes. Provide customer service to local extension units, university partnerships, program participants and families on a daily basis. Responsible for moving interested persons through the online volunteer screening processes and invoicing to local extension units, financials, logistics for select 4-H events, online enrollment management support, general office processes and other administrative support.

What You'll Need to SucceedMinimum Qualifications:
- Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and one year of relevant experience. Requirements may be met through a combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Three years of administrative assistance experience
- Experience with on-line enrollment systems
- Experience with data collections systems (ie., Qualtrics)
- Familiarity with 4-H Youth Development programs
- Knowledge of K-State Extension
