Customer Solution Specialist

Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Solution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate customer quotations based on pricing, lead times, and product specifications.
• Enter customer orders into the ERP or order management system accurately and efficiently.
• Verify product pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Provide Technical support and product information to customers.
• Perform stock and inventory checks to confirm product availability and communicate expected lead times.
• Resolve customer Inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain customer records.
• Process RGA and credit request.
• Review and updated orders as needed.
• Provide product and technical information to customers.
• Collaborate with other departments for customer inquiry resolution.
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, response time, and performance goals.

We are looking for you to have:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred and/or at least four (4) years of previous experience.
• Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
