Role: Customer Service / Call Center Representative

Location: Remote | Must live within 60 miles/60 minutes of zip code 85004

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer service calls, resolve inquiries, authorize sales, and manage customer accounts.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years of customer service or military equivalent experience (within the last 7 years).
• Intermediate computer skills (typing while talking, navigating multiple systems, using MS Office and search tools).
• Candidates must be available to work between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and flexible to work 1 day on the weekend
• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with reliable high-speed internet.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 + years of experience in banking/finance, call centers, or remote environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and objection-handling skills.
• Adaptable to ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and technical changes.
• Project is budgeted for 120 days
