Job Title: Integrity Project Manager

  • This position is open to Dallas, Midland, Tulsa, Artesia NM, Salt Lake City, Casper WY, Cheyenne WY.
  • ONSITE (Onsite 4 days WFH 1 day)
  • 12-month contract to potential hire
  • Compensation Range: $60-69, OT Eligible, Benefits Eligible Day 1 (Medical, Dental, and Vision)


Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of project management experience in integrity, mechanical/pipeline integrity capital projects
  • 5+ years of experience with ILI and Anomaly dig experience
  • Proficient in leading teams & communication, project scoping, scheduling, financial accounting and forecasting, documentation control, etc. (ideally wanting more of a technical PM)
  • Proficient within Microsoft office, excel and SAP

 

 

Day to day:

Responsible for managing a portfolio of 10+ simultaneous capital and expense projects ($100K-$5MM) focused primarily on pipeline and facility integrity across the company’s Midstream assets. This role independently oversees projects from conception through completion, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operation of pipelines, terminals, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage approximately 15 integrity-focused projects annually, including:
  • ILI (In-Line Inspection) programs
  • Anomaly digs
  • Pipeline integrity projects
  • Cathodic protection projects
  • Facility integrity and maintenance initiatives
  • Pipeline code compliance projects
  • Define project scope, budgets, schedules, funding requests, and ROI.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, integrity, maintenance, and contractors.
  • Oversee design, procurement, construction, vendor management, and project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track project performance, budgets, schedules, risks, and closeout documentation.
  • Support PMO continuous improvement initiatives and act as a liaison with contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
