Production Operator - Le Roy, NY

Join the professional team at Adecco as a Production Operator, where you will be responsible for operating boring mills and handling glazing products. Key Responsibilities: 

• Operate and manage boring mills to ensure precision machining of components. 

• Load and unload machines using hoists to safely move products. 

• Load, unload, and handle glass or glazed products with care and efficiency. 

• Sand and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications. 

• Perform rework on products as needed to maintain quality standards. 

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and efficiency protocols. 

• Read and interpret technical drawings, formulas, charts, and specifications. 

• Utilize adjustable equipment and tools, applying mathematical skills for measurements and calculations. 

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED required. 

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in machining, manufacturing, or a similar role. 

• Strong mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, decimals, and fractions. 

• Ability to read and write in English. 

• Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and adapt to training. 

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to lift and handle weights between 30-50 lbs. 

• Comfortable working on second shift, Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. 

• Overtime may be mandatory as needed.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
